Marcus is being humble. His presentation is one of the best we've had. He gave us such food for thought. I don't think anyone walked away with the notion that they could continue to ignore the use of social media as an important tool for donor/prospect cultivation and marketing.

Thanks, Perri. You are always so encouraging! More and more, I think there will be a significant cost to organizations that ignore social media.

And we didn't even get into the issue of email getting replaced by RSS.
