We'll probably launch a beta version for members of TheHighCalling.org in mid to late February (by invitation only).

Then I hope to go full speed ahead in mid to late March.

All deadlines subject to change, of course. But that's the plan. We're hard at work building it all right now.

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

Stacy, only you can answer that question, hon.

L. L. , ooooh, nice working title!

Dave, hold on there, Tex. I'm hardly a genius. More like someone trying to build an airplane while he's flying. (If indeed I'm not delusional about flying at all!)

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

Marcus:

Ummm . . . yes? Definitely? Still in print, just awaiting your marketing genius.

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

I believe you've hit upon something quite accurate, Mark. I like secrets. Not surprising, I guess that my book is (currently) called Secrets in Stone!

L.L. It's still in print right?

Watching the video I was hoping that I could embed it in my blog. No luck. Maybe the problem wasn't that the video wasn't good promotion but that it didn't get to your potential readers?

Definitely, this is one for a blog network to promote. Hmmm. I might have one of those up my sleeve soon. Wanna be our guinea pig?

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

Me? I wanted to know who the masked villains were. I think that says something about the difference between us, L.L.

You're a secret red tights kind of person.
I'm a black mask kind of person.

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

For a book promotional video to be the best ever, you'd think it would need to generate some book sales . . .

The blond on the conveyor belt is IVP employee Holly Who Would Not Want Her Last Name Mentioned. They wouldn't be secret red tights if I told you, now would they?

Re: The Best Promotional Book Video I’ve Ever Seen

Okay, I watched. Very humorous! And I liked the thought that comics have the human "universal sense of [the need] for justice." (It's like C.S. Lewis goes comic!)

Anyway, I just have two questions. Who was that blond on the conveyor belt, and does everyone at IVP have a secret pair of red tights?

L.L.
