    Nice to see people doing interesting things with poetry, to keep us engaged, to remind us of what it's capable of.

    MPR's Writer's Almanac has included a lot of Billy Collins poetry, which is how I first came across his stuff.

    Thanks for dropping a comment at my blog--it's great to meet you via L.L. Barkat, with whom I had the liveliest conversation I've had in months in the moments following your phone call. And before your call, too, but after we got going and almost couldn't stop talking. She speaks highly of you and The High Calling, so later, when I'm not synapse-deep in conference sessions, I'll pay your sites a visit and dig down a little to see what it's all about.

    Nice.

    And even nicer is L.L.'s hands over at my blog on Saturday's posting. I'm sure you won't want to miss that. Deb and I had such a nice time with her, for an hour, late in a day. She was so gracious. It was fun.

    Sorry this isn't relevant but I just got excited. I was listening to This American Life and they read a William Carlos Williams poem... This is just to say! Which I remember you reading to our class and thought of you and what a great professor you were.

    Interesting video. Sort of reminds me of a recent chapter I read in The Shack.
